We are Peter, 34, Dana 33, Mahlie 3 and a half and Leon 2. We live in an inner city Melbourne suburb close to everything! We all have big personalities and love music, cooking, outings, nature, sports, art, craft and fun. Television and brand names are kept to a minimum in our household and we focus our energy on nature, creativity, culture and believe in positive parenting. We are a hairdresser and makeup artist and have a home salon. We also own and run a kids clothing label which is produced from a local studio.The Au Pair will have their own bedroom, TV and DVD. We have a shared bathroom in a large house with a large living and kitchen area, overlooking a large back yard.Our Au Pair will have 4 - 5 rostered shifts per week adding up to 35 hours per week. The role consists of duties such as bathing and dressing the children, outings, art/craft and cooking, educational and creative play, child related cleaning duties and general care of the children. We will consider our au pair a flatmate (when not rostered on with the children) and share responsibility of the general household duties. We are busy, social and hard working and hope to find an individual that will enjoy working for and becoming part of our family.
