Description
I am currently in my third year of university, studying kinesiology. I am fun-loving and responsible. I have always been heavily involved with sports and community activities in my hometown as well as my university town. I love traveling and am extremely independent. I love living in and experiencing different cultures and am very open-minded. I enjoy spending time with children and have good communication skills. I have volunteered, coached, and taught soccer and dance over the past seven years and am likely going to continue my schooling with taking education. I love being surrounded by people and am very social, I also love animals. I enjoy being busy, as I work full time as an Athletic Therapist for varsity teams during the school year. For the past 4 years I have been working as a lifeguard on the beaches surrounded my hometown. I have had ample opportunity to communicate with the public and am certified in First Aid and CPR.
I adapt well in new situations and have good problem solving skills. I enjoy a challenge and have a strong work ethic in everything I do.

Dear Family,
I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it must be to try to find someone whom you can feel comfortable coming into your home. I know that personally, my family has taken in many athletes over the years and to see the bonds that can be made create a family that expands across the country. As an Au pair, I promise that I will keep your children safe and act responsibly at all times, while still having lots of fun at the same time. I am always up for experiencing new things. Also, with the past jobs and volunteer work I have done I have always taken on a nurturing role, from treating athletes daily, to teaching English to children in remote Ecuadorian communities. I adapt well to new surroundings, am easygoing, and do not have trouble getting along with people. I know that children learn quite often by example and given I would be spending numerous hours with the children daily,I promise that I will set a good example and will instill the values that the family feels important. By both my peers and my family I am always perceived to be older than I actually am, I'm always considered "the mom" of the group I'm with.
